“I am here to help you identify what is getting in the way of your happiness, adjustment, success, and relationships. I am devoted to helping my clients develop strategies and a healthier mindset to overcome obstacles. I can help you learn more about yourself and how you interact with your environment through a supportive and positive therapeutic alliance. Together, we can reshape your attitudes, beliefs, perspectives, behaviors, communication patterns, and thinking errors that interfere with your ability to feel good within yourself and with others. By integrating insight-oriented talk therapy and cognitive-behavior therapy, you can develop the power to change how you relate to yourself and your world, ultimately feeling more in control, stronger, calmer, happier, fulfilled, and successful.
In addition, transitions are an essential part of life but can be challenging. I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate and adjust to the complexities of life changes with the problem-solving, planning, coping, and communication skills they need to realize their true potential. Providing you with a comfortable, safe, private, and non-judgmental setting, you can explore the many dimensions of yourself and learn to embrace your strengths while reshaping your patterns that cause distress. I genuinely enjoy the relationship I share with each client and am inspired by an individual's capacity to evolve and self-actualize at all different stages of life.”
